PeerSpirit Circle Process is a highly adaptable modern methodology that calls on the structure of circle process as it has existed throughout time. Because circle is universal, it is familiar and easily learned; because circle challenges current status quo it needs to be hosted with skill.
The name, PeerSpirit, comes from the group process methodology that informs the work: PeerSpirit Circle Process. When leadership rotates, responsibility is shared, and ultimate reliance is based on the group's highest intention, a peer spirit is in action. In everything we do, we believe that equality for contribution releases a synergistic energy that helps us towards best outcomes.
Success Works are excited to be hosting PeerSpirit’s co-founders, Christina Baldwin and Ann Linnea—well-known authors of books and essays on circle process, environmental education, journal writing, rites of passage, spirituality, and story. While these topics are eclectic, their original methodology, PeerSpirit Circle Process, informs all they do: from corporate headquarters and in training, consulting, and mentoring.
Christina and Ann are masters at facilitating significant conversations amongst people in businesses, education, non-profit organisations and personal groups. The partners bring decades of experience in group facilitation, teaching speaking, writing and leadership skills to this work.
