This workshop provides fundamental elements and critical skills to ensure any participatory engagement and strength based process you use achieves its fullest potential. The Circle Way Intensive workshop immerses participants in experience, training, curriculum, and application.

- Individual skills and practices with a focus on organisational settings
- Developing agenda-based meetings using CIRCLE process
- Explore what disrupts and what sustains a healthy CIRCLE environment
- Powerful storytelling tools
The Circle Way, A Leader in Every Chair, co-authored by global pioneers, Ann Linnea and Christina Baldwin, is the foundational text for this training. A copy of The Circle Way, A Leader in Every Chair will be sent to you for you to read prior to attending this workshop.
