Undertaken in collaboration with Kathy Desmond Consulting, the purpose of this project was to develop a publication
that highlighted the impact and successes of the Drug Diversion initiative within Victoria.
Full Services Schools, National Evaluation - DETYA (1999-2000)
Through Strategic Partners, SuccessWorks undertook this national evaluation of the Schools Program,
addressing efficiency and effectiveness components and focusing on policy directions impacting key

Evaluation of the School Focused Youth Service (SFYS) - Department of Human Services (March 2001)
The objectives of the evaluation were to measure the impact of the SFYS in terms of increased collaboration and
linkages between shcools and community services, and to measure the improvement in addressing the needs of «at risk»
young people as a result of improved linkages, services provision and cohesiveness in the services system.
