Success Works uses innovative social technologies to support people manage the increasing complexity, using a participatory and strengths approach. During our research we come across articles we think aid innovative solutions and technologies, and which we find interesting. We offer these to share with our learning community.
Success Works has extensive experience in the development and implementation of the Art of Participation. This includes leadership, mentoring, participatory consultation and participatory decision making processes, policy and program evaluations and reviews. We are undertaking or have completed large-scale and complex leadership development, mentoring programs and evaluations in multiple sectors, both at state and national level.
