.............Success Works Pty Ltd has recently been contracted by Victoria and Tasmania (UCV&T) to undertake The North West Feasibility Study.

The purpose of the North West Feasibility Study is to ensure that UnitingCare delivers the best possible outcomes for families in the North West Metropolitan Region. The Feasibility Study will also explore whether a reconfiguration of Kildonan UnitingCare, Broadmeadows UnitingCare/ Sunshine Mission and Orana Family Services would offer better outcomes for the communities and be sustainable as well as improve the capacity of UnitingCare to offer an integrated range of child, youth and family services in a way that is responsive to the changing needs of these growing communities.

The outcome of this project will be a provision of options which could lead to improved ways for UnitingCare as the church at mission to support children and families in the North West Metropolitan Region of Melbourne
